What is a cloud app anyway? The main thing you need to know is it doesn't need to be downloaded! Due to this, it isn't available in your normal app store but on the plus side, it takes up practically no space on your phone!
To get the app, just visit the app link and "save to home screen." Instructions are below!

Android and iPhone Users
Save the following link to your home screen using Google Chrome on Android or Safari on an iPhone. Simply visit oiwi.online/cloudapp and tap the notification that pops up asking to "save to Home screen." Then select install. That's it!
If you do not see an automatic notification, you may have an older device. Please see the following tutorials for older Android and iOS versions.
